I was doing so good, but I broke down and bought another costume last week. A purplish Bella. I am trying to wait patiently for her to arrive... I was good and sold my black bella a couple weeks ago, so I figured this could be my birthday present to myself. LOL

Race for the Cure

So the Race for the Cure was yesterday at Meredith College. It was hot and sunny. There were over 20, 000 participants. Our team was there, unfortunately not everyone could come. I ran most of the time and my time was 32:25 which I am very proud off despite the fact I didn't train at all. While we were running, there was live music, people giving out water, people spraying us w/ hoses and water guns, there was a mister and big fans to blow on us. I didn't want to leave the 1/2 way mark. LOL
It was so empowering. I am definitely going to organize a team again for next year.

Bellydance RAQS!!!

This was so much fun!! This was a Rock-n-roll themed hafla. There was an open dance floor w/ rock music and karaoke. LOL
